How the conversation works
ÖzAI is an optional assistant for finding stainless-steel products and discussing project questions. No name, surname or RFQ form is required. AI replies may contain errors. Stock, prices, delivery, engineering suitability, certifications and production scope require separate team confirmation.
Information processed and purpose
Your message and a bounded recent conversation history are sent through WordPress to the OpenAI API to generate a reply. They may include product/project details and personal information you choose to type. Recognized email and phone formats are masked before the API request; this does not guarantee identification or removal of every personal detail. Do not share sensitive information.
A temporary secure session cookie is used. Consent versions/times and request-limit counters are stored on the server. The reviewed candidate does not store conversation text in the WordPress database. Hosting, CDN and mail-service logs and backups require separate retention verification.
AI provider and retention
OpenAI API generates replies. OpenAI states that API content is not used for model training by default, while standard abuse-monitoring logs may contain messages/replies and are normally retained for up to 30 days. Setting store:false does not alone disable those logs. The actual ÖzAI project retention and data-region settings remain unverified; zero retention or processing in a specific country is not promised.
Optional conversation sharing
Conversations are not automatically emailed. With your separate sharing choice and consent, up to 12 recent messages within the size limits are emailed to emir@ozpaslanmaz.com. Unlike the masking applied before AI requests, this visitor-selected email transcript may contain contact details you typed. Emir reviews it and manually deletes the received email copy after 30 days. This does not promise automatic deletion or simultaneous deletion of service-provider backups. You may choose to type contact details for follow-up; there is no required name field.
A send confirmation indicates acceptance by the mail transport, not independently verified inbox delivery. An uncertain sharing result is not automatically resent.
Your rights and choices
You can browse the website and use its existing contact channels without using AI chat or transcript sharing. Withdrawing consent stops new chat/sharing actions; it does not retroactively delete messages already transmitted.
